1. Subject of Services

QuickHomesRepair provides home maintenance and repair services, including plumbing, electrical, painting, and other related works. Services are provided based on a firm order, confirmed in writing (including electronically).

We do not guarantee the resolution of all problems without a prior on-site evaluation. Any estimate is indicative and may be adjusted after the actual inspection.

2. User Rights and Obligations

The user undertakes to provide accurate and complete information regarding the nature of the fault or requested work.

• The user must ensure access to the work area within the agreed timeframe.
• The user is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits (if applicable).
• The user may not request work that exceeds the legal competence of our team.

We reserve the right to refuse an order if it involves unjustified risks or violates applicable legislation.

3. Service Provider Rights and Obligations

QuickHomesRepair undertakes to perform the work professionally, adhering to applicable technical standards and agreed deadlines.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances (additional faults, lack of parts, adverse weather conditions), the execution deadline may be extended, with prior notification to the user.

The service provider is not liable for damages caused by improper use of the completed work or subsequent interventions by third parties.

4. Limitation of Liability

QuickHomesRepair's liability is limited to the value of the services provided, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

We are not liable for:

• Hidden defects that could not be detected at the time of intervention;
• Indirect damages (financial losses, business interruption, etc.);
• Normal wear and tear of materials or equipment.

Any complaint must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the completion of the work to be considered.

5. Payments and Refunds

Payment shall be made according to the issued invoice, within 14 days from the date of service provision, unless otherwise agreed.

In case of order cancellation less than 48 hours before the intervention, an advance of 20% of the estimated value may be retained to cover mobilization costs.

Refunds do not apply to services already rendered, but a discount or re-execution may be granted if the work does not meet the agreed specifications.

6. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be informed 30 days before the changes take effect, by posting on the website or via email.

Continued use of the services after the modification implies acceptance of the new terms.

7. Termination of Use

QuickHomesRepair may suspend or terminate access to services in case of serious breach of terms (non-payment, provision of false information, abusive behavior).

The user may renounce the services at any time, provided that all amounts due up to the date of renunciation are paid.
