Repair involves restoring an existing part to functionality, while replacement involves installing a new part. Costs and timelines differ significantly, and the final decision belongs to the client after the options are presented.
All work benefits from a 12-month warranty on labor and 24 months on original parts, according to current legislation. The warranty does not cover defects caused by improper use or unauthorized interventions.
The estimate is made following a visual assessment and, if necessary, additional measurements. The final cost may vary if hidden issues are discovered during the intervention. Any change from the estimate is communicated to you before proceeding.
If you have any complaints, please contact us within 7 days of completion. We will analyze the situation and propose a corrective solution, either by fixing the issue or by adjusting the costs. We aim for transparency and full satisfaction.
