How it’s done:
- A professional visits with primary equipment and looks into solving the issue.
- Additional material will be charged separately, subject to material availability.
- If the professional has any concerns, they will be raised by him in advance and he will proceed based on your consent.
Kindly note:
- Visit charge is AED 149, which covers the first 30 min of work. AED 75 for every additional 30 minutes of service after the first 30 min.
- Any additional material required will be charged separately.
- Visit charge will not be refunded if additional material quotation is not approved
- Material sourcing may take up to 24 – 48hrs subject to availability. (Additional cost 40 AED)
- Complimentary use of water and electricity to be provided by customers as applicable.
- For all jobs, kindly note that full access to the property is required, Full service fee will still be charged in case the professional is returned due to a permit issue.
